Despite security practices and procedures, as with any computer network on the internet, this site’s team cannot guarantee the security of your personal data or any other data transmitted over the internet and therefore cannot be held responsible for security breaches.

No method of data transmission or electronic storage on the internet is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the total security of your data.

Site Communications To send you daily lessons (Email), we need your email address. As a subscriber, you will be added to our list to receive occasional emails with service updates, special offers, and promotions from this site.

You can unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time. Just click the “Remove Email from List” link at the bottom of the email we send. We will send service-related announcements rarely, only when necessary.

For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send an email to notify you. In general, it is not possible to opt out of receiving this type of communication because they are not promotional emails. If you do not want to receive notification emails, you can request to be unsubscribed.

Protection of Minor Information 

We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors. This and all our websites are aimed at the general public and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13.

We do not collect or request personal information from children under 13, nor do we send emails requesting personal data, unless we have permission from the child’s parents or legal guardians. Registration and subscription to this site’s services provide access to the microbook-based learning acceleration platform.

To access the same platform, you can take advantage of the free trial or become a member of our community; you need to become a member of this site. During registration, we collect information such as your name and email.

Web Beacons 

We use a technology called clear gifs (also known as web beacons or web bugs), which helps us better manage website content by informing us which one works best. Clear gifs are small graphics with a unique identifier and have a function similar to cookies – they are used to track the online movements of internet users. However, unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer, clear gifs are embedded in the page itself and are the size of a point. We do not use clear gifs that contain personal information from our customers. We use clear gifs in our HTML-format emails to know which ones are opened by the recipients. This way, we can measure the effectiveness of certain communications and our campaigns.

When students and/or clients click on one of these links, they go through a separate server before reaching the destination page. We track click data to determine interest in each subject and measure the efficiency of our communications with the student. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, do not click on text or image links in your emails.

With Whom We Share Your Information 

We share your personal data with Alfamind Academy, so that other group companies can offer products and services to you. Since the only information we share with Alfamind Academy is your name, age group, email, and country. If you do not want them to be shared, please contact our support via email support@alfamindacademy.com

We may provide your data to companies that provide services and help us in our activities, such as payment processing or offering support. These companies are authorized to use your data only if necessary for providing services to us. We may also pass your data:
