Privacy Policy
The security of your information is very important to us.
Your Personal
Profile When we ask for information about you, our main interest is to offer more personalized services. We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or share your name and personal information with other organizations.
By providing your personal information and photo, you understand and consent to the team of this site using your image, photo, video, and comments. This information is available on your public profile and in our community, where you will also see those of other members. You have the option to deny the use of your information by updating your choices in “Privacy” – “Account Settings.” From time to time, we may use some customer information in our marketing materials. However, we will never do so without first contacting you and receiving written consent.
Security Measures
The security of your personal data is important to us. We follow industry standards to protect your personal information that is sent to us both during data transmission and after receipt. When you enter sensitive information (such as your credit card) on our forms, it is encrypted for transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
If you discover a fraudulent charge on your bill made on behalf of this site’s team, please contact us and report the case immediately to your card issuer according to their standard procedures. The site uses forums, bulletin boards, and chat rooms. Please remember that any information you disclose through these means becomes public. Always be cautious with the personal information you provide to anyone in these contexts.
We also insist on password verification when logging in, so that you and your data are protected against unauthorized access. If you stop using the computer for a long time without logging out of the school, your session will be automatically terminated after a certain period.
Only employees who need the information to perform certain tasks (such as billing or customer service for the Alfamind Academy, for example) have access to personal information. The servers where we store your information are kept in a secure environment.
Despite security practices and procedures, as with any computer network on the internet, this site’s team cannot guarantee the security of your personal data or any other data transmitted over the internet and therefore cannot be held responsible for security breaches.
No method of data transmission or electronic storage on the internet is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the total security of your data.
Site Communications To send you daily lessons (Email), we need your email address. As a subscriber, you will be added to our list to receive occasional emails with service updates, special offers, and promotions from this site.
You can unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time. Just click the “Remove Email from List” link at the bottom of the email we send. We will send service-related announcements rarely, only when necessary.
For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we may send an email to notify you. In general, it is not possible to opt out of receiving this type of communication because they are not promotional emails. If you do not want to receive notification emails, you can request to be unsubscribed.
Protection of Minor Information
We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors. This and all our websites are aimed at the general public and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13.
We do not collect or request personal information from children under 13, nor do we send emails requesting personal data, unless we have permission from the child’s parents or legal guardians. Registration and subscription to this site’s services provide access to the microbook-based learning acceleration platform.
To access the same platform, you can take advantage of the free trial or become a member of our community; you need to become a member of this site. During registration, we collect information such as your name and email.
We also ask for demographic data, such as age and gender, to create your profile. You may also need to provide your credit card if the service you requested is paid. This information is encrypted on our secure server.
As a member, you will be added to our database to receive occasional emails with service information, special offers, and promotions from Alfamind Academy.
Web Beacons
We use a technology called clear gifs (also known as web beacons or web bugs), which helps us better manage website content by informing us which one works best. Clear gifs are small graphics with a unique identifier and have a function similar to cookies – they are used to track the online movements of internet users. However, unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer, clear gifs are embedded in the page itself and are the size of a point. We do not use clear gifs that contain personal information from our customers. We use clear gifs in our HTML-format emails to know which ones are opened by the recipients. This way, we can measure the effectiveness of certain communications and our campaigns.
When students and/or clients click on one of these links, they go through a separate server before reaching the destination page. We track click data to determine interest in each subject and measure the efficiency of our communications with the student. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, do not click on text or image links in your emails.
With Whom We Share Your Information
We share your personal data with Alfamind Academy, so that other group companies can offer products and services to you. Since the only information we share with Alfamind Academy is your name, age group, email, and country. If you do not want them to be shared, please contact our support via email support@alfamindacademy.com
We may provide your data to companies that provide services and help us in our activities, such as payment processing or offering support. These companies are authorized to use your data only if necessary for providing services to us. We may also pass your data:
as required by law to comply with subpoenas or similar legal processes;
when we believe, in good faith, that breaking confidentiality is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a government request;
if Alfamind Academy becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or is sold in whole or in part, you will be notified by email, or by a clear notice on our website, of any changes in that regard, or in the use of your personal information, as well as of any new situation that involves your personal data being disclosed to third parties, so that this is never done without consent.

Additionally, we use a service provider to track visitor behavior on our site. However, we do not have access to your cookies, nor do we control them. The information collected by the service provider company is anonymous and used to improve our services and marketing campaigns. As with most websites, we collect information automatically and save it in files. This information includes IP address, browser type and language, service provider, reference pages, operating system, date/time, and click information on the site. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, manage the site, learn about user behavior, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
